Description

PT-141 (Bremelanotide) is a melanocortin receptor agonist that activates central nervous system pathways associated with sexual arousal and desire. It offers a neurogenic approach to enhancing libido and addressing sexual dysfunction in both men and women – especially those with low sexual desire or psychogenic erectile

Dosing*
- 1-2mg
  - 1-2mg dosing 1-hour before engaging in intimacy
  - Draw up 40 units (0.4mL) per dose
    
    *First time trial, test 1mg (20 units (0.2mL) subq, wait 30 minutes to determine any blood pressure or GI effects and if no effects, proceed with additional 1mg (20 units (0.2mL) subq dose.
How to prepare for use
- Duration: As needed
  - Add 2mL BAC water to the 10mg vial of PT-141
    
    Duration of effects after administration is 24-72 hours.
    
    Not recommended to use more than 2 injections, (Not for use with PDE5 Inhibitor, discontinue use if tachycardia develops, monitor closely if hypertensive).
